This is a conversion of an old 1907 vinegar factory building by Streetcar Developments. Original brick building will get a steel and glass addition, and the project will contain 38 hard and soft lofts. Loft features will include 10 to 14 feet ceilings, original warehouse style windows, polished concrete floors, exposed heating ducts and large private balconies or terraces. Loft sizes range from 624 to 1030 sq. ft., with the largest being unit 01 on the ground, second and third floor. These will be the only three units, however, without a balcony or terrace.
The building is now under construction and occupancy is planned for this summer.
