An original low-rise office building was converted into 28 lofts. Flats and two-storey units feature large windows, exposed heating ducts, hardwood floors and ceiling heights ranging from 11 to 18 feet. Most of the fourth floor units have skylights, many of the units have balconies or terraces, and a few of the units have gas fireplaces. The lofts range in size from about 750 to about 1600 sq. ft.
Four lofts were sold in 2006, ranging from $244,900 for a one bedroom flat on the third floor with parking but no balcony to $363,000 for a two-level, two bedroom corner unit with a terrace and parking.
