Lofts feature exposed brick and heating ducts, wood posts, large windows, wood or concrete floors. Some of the units have gas fireplaces, terraces and gas BBQ outlets.

Located in prime Cabbagetown and close to Riverdale Park, this small building provides warehouse style in residential surroundings. Sword lofts have reasonable maintenance fees, but they don't cover heat or hydro. Some of the units come with private parking. Pets are allowed.
