Steam Plant Lofts

Old Wellesley Hospital steam generation plant is being converted into 29 true lofts. Features include 10-feet ceilings in the one-level units and 20-feet in the open areas of the two-level units, exposed brick, circular bedrooms or dens in the original steam stack, and engineered hardwood floors. Loft sizes range from 455 sq. ft. flat to 1092 sq. ft. two-level loft with a private rooftop terrace.
The project is now under construction.
