The name of this building is a bit of a misnomer, since loft sizes start here from as little as 350 sq. ft. As far as I know, unit sizes in the building don't exceed 1000 sq. ft. There are some really nice units in the building though, and the location is great, within walking distance to the St. Lawrence Market. In the two-storey lofts the living area is quite impressive with the floor-to-ceiling windows through its 18-feet height. Single storey units with their 9-feet height can hardly be called lofts.
This is a large building, and many sales took place recently. By mid-March there were four units sold in 2007, ranging from $225,000 for an 11th floor one bedroom flat below 700 sq. ft., to $236,000 for a 1-bedroom, 6th floor loft. 2006 saw 29 sales, from a tiny, about 350 sq. ft. studio selling for $155,000 (no parking with this one) to almost $370,000 for a 990 sq. ft. 2-bedroom plus den 8th-floor corner loft with parking.
