60 Bathurst Street and 60 Niagara Street
This is a new soft loft development, presently under construction. It will consist of two buildings - 12-storey housing 152 units ranging in sizes from about 445 to about 1700 sq. ft. at 60 Bathurst, and a 6-storey, with 30 suites from about 1100 to about 1600 sq. ft. in size, at 60 Niagara. Lofts on Bathurst will feature exposed concrete ceilings, 10 feet ceiling heights, and they will be "gas ready" to allow for gas stove upgrades and gas BBQ on the balconies. 60 Niagara, unfortunately, will have lower ceiling heights: 9 feet through 1 to 5 floors and 8.5 feet on the top floor.
The prices start at $166,490 for the smallest unit up to the second floor to $683,490 for the largest unit on the 10-11th floor at 60 Bathurst. Largest penthouse unit on Niagara is priced at $630,990 (1614 sq. ft.). Occupancy is scheduled for October 2007 (Bathurst) and December 2007 (Niagara).
