A true conversion of a former school, this is probably the most affordable loft building in Toronto. The units feature good ceiling heights, exposed wood beams and brick walls. Building is located in a residential area.
Most of the Prescott lofts have been recently selling between $195,000 and $225,000 - below $250 per sq.ft. One unit was sold in August 2007 for $260,000. It was a small unit but extremely well renovated and decorated.
