Sixteen multi-level authentic New York style lofts are located in this converted picture frame factory. The loft sizes range from about 750 to about 1900 sq. ft., ceiling heights range from 10 to 16 feet, and the features include hardwood floors, fireplaces, exposed wood beams, exposed brick, skylights and terraces.
There were only two sales recorded since the beginning of 2006 - a one bedroom plus den 1100 sq. ft. unit sold for $420,088, and a 2-bedroom plus den and office, 1700 sq. ft. loft sold for $545,000. Maintenance fees are very reasonable, at about $0.20 per sq. ft., but they don't cover utilities.
