A fairly recent (2004) and generally well liked building, Mozo is more a regural condo than a loft, although it does have some of the soft loft features. Its 9-feet ceilings are unfinished concrete, and floor-to-ceiling windows provide lots of light and, in upper south or north facing units, great views. There is another building being constructed to the west of Mozo, and this will obstruct views for the west-facing lower units. Some of the units have fireplaces.
2-level corner penthouse was sold in 2005 for $1,200,000. Most recent sales ranged from $247,000 for a 655 sq. ft. one bedroom west facing third floor unit without parking, to $490,000 for a two bedroom and den, approximately 1188 sq. ft. 9th floor unit with parking.
