Launched in November 2007 by Hyde Park Homes, this 8-storey building on a site of a former auto-body shop will contain 152 loft units. Prices range from $180,000 for 470 sq.ft. to $1,440,000 for a 2,265 sq.ft. penthouse.
The loft units will feature open-concept spaces. Some of the larger corner units (north-east) will be wide and shallow, which will allow for maximum light entering through floor-to-ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors will open to balconies or terraces. Exposed concrete 9-foot ceilings and some exposed concrete walls will add to the rugged loft character.
