Low maintenance fees are about $0.37 per sq. ft.
Most recent sales in 80 Sherbourne ranged from $310,000 for a one bedroom approximately 800 sq. ft. to $333,000 for a one bedroom and den 839 sq. ft. loft. In 90 Sherbourne, two lofts were purchased in 2007 for between $303,500 for a beautiful 916 sq. ft. ground floor space to $347,100 for another ground floor, 1050 sq. ft. Last year, a beautifully renovated 1400 sq. ft. space on the 5th floor was sold for $535,000.
