This new 6-storey loft development is located at Queen and Broadview, just north of Broadview lofts. Loft sizes range from about 630 sq. ft. to 1086 sq. ft, and this largest unit has a very good, wide floor plan with two bedrooms on two sides of the living area, two bathrooms and a small balcony, as well as a fairly small "den" - an open area which might be better used as a dining room. All lofts will have 10-feet ceilings, polished concrete floors, and, as this is a new, soft lot project, they will have Tarrion warranty.
