This is a new construction by Tas Design Build, completed in the summer of 2007. Although ceiling heights here are only 9 feet, the spaces are open, with floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete columns and sliding barn-style doors. All units have balconies or terraces, and corner units with two full walls of windows are particularly attractive. The building has a number of visitors' parking spaces in the underground garage, which are not separated from the owners' parking area. Most units enjoy lovely views, particularly in the evening.
The negative features of these units are to do with storage space and bedroom sizes. Most of the bedrooms are small, barely enough for a queen-size bed and small bedside tables, hall closet is really small, and storage lockers are the smallest I have ever seen.
