Located at the corner of King and Parliament, the Derby was built in 1989 as investment suites, and seventeen lofts were sold under power of sale in 1994 / 1995 for between $120,000 and $125,000. The lofts have 16' ceilings over the living-dining areas and all of the units have 2 bedrooms and parking. Some of the units have terraces and fireplaces.
The most recent sales were a far cry from the 1995 prices. Two lofts were sold in 2006 - $330,000 for 900 sq. ft. and $396,000 for 1200 sq. ft.
