An original loft conversion, Century Lofts is an Art Deco building in south Cabbagetown, housing authentic live/work lofts. The units feature 11-feet ceiling heights, large concrete columns, industrial windows, and original factory Terrazzo floors.
Unit sizes range from about 650 sq. ft to about 1250 sq. ft. Ten lofts were sold in 2006, and one in January 2007. They ranged in price from $164,000 for a studio to $315,000 for a 1100 sq. ft. one bedroom unit.
