Button Factory Lofts

Century old button factory is located south of Bloor in Little Italy, walking distance to Christie subway station, was converted into 13 multi-level loft townhomes. These lofts feature post and beam construction, open spaces, exposed brick and high ceilings. In this hip location they rarely become available and sell quickly. Two have sold last year in mid 700s.
