Located on a small, quiet lane off Brock, immediately south of Dundas, these older lofts have separate entrances and interesting, open design. After over two years of no sales in the complex two lofts were sold in 2007, a smaller unit, about 1000 sq. ft. with electric baseboard heat was sold for $333,900, and a larger, approximately 2000 sq. ft. and beautifully renovated loft with forced air gas heating and central air was sold for $518,097.
