One of my favourite loft conversions, this former CBC prop warehouse offers truly high ceilings (14 feet), concrete columns and large windows. Most of the units feature polished concrete floors, and some have balconies. Top level lofts have their own private rooftop terraces. Lofts range in size from about 750 to over 3000 sq. ft. Maintenance fees cover all except taxes and cable, and they are comparatively low.
Prices vary here from about $300,000 for one of the smallest units to $760,000 for a 2200 sq. ft. loft, and, of course, larger space would sell for more.
